 Purchased in 1985, this property has recently been remodeled in a Mediterranean style. There are three structures including the main house, cabana and pool house. Amenities include a swimming pool, 6 person hot tub, volleyball court, personal gym, and two large media rooms.
The Main House contains 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living and dining rooms, modern kitchen, home office and full laundry.
The Cabana is attached to the Main House by means of the covered lanai (porch). The lanai features an outdoor dining area, sitting area, waterfall & koi pond, and a 6 person hot tub. One half of the Cabana serves as a family/entertainment room, while the other half is a personal gym.
